November 2009, Julia played "Maria" in West Side Story at NESA, the Northeast School of the Arts.
She is also working in her music studio recording and writing her own songs using a Roland Fantom X6 key board and Sonar Producer Studio Software.
Featured in the SAY Sí summer Film Premiere, "Skye" at Santikos Northwest movie theater, San Antonio, TX on August 15, 2009. This Film was Written by Yoomi Park and Olivia Hinojosa - Directed by Yoomi Park.

Our young performer's beautiful and versatile voice also gained her the coveted distinction of being the only female freshman in the city to be invited to attend Sherrill Milnes' Vocal Masterclass held at Trinity University. Sherrill Milnes is, of course, a world renowned opera singer considered by many to be the Verdi bariitone of the 1970's and 80's.
2007
Julia started high school at NESA, the Northeast School of the Arts in
San Antonio, TX. Although it is extremely rare for a 9th grader to get a part
in any of the year's productions, her talent landed her the principal role of Fredrika in A Little Night Music. The musical will be performed in March 2008. Tickets will be available through the Lee Theatre Box Office, and, online, through Brown Paper Tickets.
